Contact Information
If you’d like to get interactive with me or my community, you have a bunch of options.
Table of Contents
The contents of this page are organised into the following sections:
Send Me Email
If you just want to get in touch with me then email to jj5@jj5.net is a good option. Put 'Hi John' in the subject line and you will have a better chance of making it past my spam filter.
I try to reply to all email that I get, so if you don't hear back from me then it's likely that I didn't get your email, in which case you might like to pursue some of the other contact methods listed on this page.
Comment Publicly on My Blog
I publish the show notes for each video on my blog: blog.jj5.net (which is runningWordPress). You need an account to comment on the blog, but you can read it without one. An account on the blog is a perk for some of the people who support me on Patreon including Priority Access and Inner Circle subscribers.
Comment Publicly on YouTube
You can respond to any of my videos by commenting through YouTube. I operate a main channel and a 2nd channel, which you can find here:
Channel Homepage | YouTube Link |
---|---|
Main Channel: | youtube.com/@InTheLabWithJayJay |
2nd Channel: | youtube.com/@ElliotsExtras |
Private Chat on IRC
If you want to have an interactive chat you can PM me on IRC. My nick is 'jj5'. I am usually online but I am not always at my terminal or watching my IRC client. These are the servers I hang out on:
IRC Network | Website |
---|---|
libera.chat | https://libera.chat/ |
oftc.net | https://www.oftc.net/ |
tilde.chat | https://tilde.team/wiki/irc |
Private Message on Patreon
If you support me on Patreon, you will also be able to get in contact with me through there. I prioritize responses to Patreon messages.
Thank You!
Thanks for looking me up, I look forward to hearing from you!
Where to from Here?
You made it to the bottom of the page, huh? Well done! I'm a bit of a scroller myself. :)
Where you go next depends on what you're interested in. Here are some suggestions:
- If you're enjoying my content you could consider supporting the show.
- My new book teardown videos are quite popular, you might enjoy watching those.
- My personal favourites are the old book teardown videos.
- Visit the main channel, for all my high quality content including my special shows.
- Visit the main show, for my main show videos, which include the electronics project and old book teardown videos.
- Visit the equipment page, if you're interested in any of the equipment I use. If you're putting together your own electronics lab then I would certainly recommend checking this out!
- Did I mention that you can support the show? :)
